In general, Quality is defined as degree of meeting customer’s expectation. This general definition applies to all areas starting from manufacturing until service industries. In VTS, meeting customer’s expectation is one of our principles in the journey of providing clients with our best service. Quality is a perceptual, conditional and somewhat subjective attribute. No matter in what type of industry, quality is closely related to cost. Sir Edward Deming’s philosophy stated that, if people and organization focus primarily on quality, quality can be defined as ratio between Results of Work Efforts and Total Cost. This indicates that total cost will be reduced if quality is improved. We also established our Quality-Cost chain which is defined as below:
